OEM Filter
Perhaps I could order this via Amazon or some other untraceable type site. However, Amazon and the no-name send products that don't meet the OEM specs and for some products it will screw up the end item. So for some stuff I go to more reliable sites that are trustworthy and deliver OEM type products. This site is one of them. I trust them.

Original REPLACEMENT FILTER
Your company is great you got the filters right out even with the COV-19 Going on most company's that I buy from are now 1 week out unless it is a neat day air shipment.I bought from you 10 years ago and was happy then. My filters were way past due on the changing! I got heat from my Furnace dealer and my wife.

Great filter
Filter is changed yearly and works great. Only problem I have experienced is removing the old filter from the air filter unit. There is a small white pull strap to be used to remove the old filter. Every time, I pull the strap to remove the old filter, the strap breaks apart from the old filter. Again this happened this A.M., and trying to remove the filter is difficult as the area where the strap was attached leaves a hole. I then try to use the hold to remove the filter and all it does it breaks even a larger hole. By the time the filter is removed much of the cardboard is lifted and missing from the side.
