OEM filter, but pricy
I change this filter once every 6 months, and leave it to Carrier to make the only one that fits. Oh well. Home Sargent delivers promptly, lets me reorder without any hassle, great service.

Good price, excellent packaging and timely delivery
I have purchased four OEM Carrier air filters from Homesergeant.com to date (i.e., in two packs). In comparison, the same two filters are roughly 28 dollars more on Amazon when using Prime eligible shipping and roughly the same to a few dollars more from non-prime eligible Amazon merchants; with free economy shipping in most instances and at the time of this review. The same two filters priced locally (e.g., the company that installed our furnace) are roughly 60 dollars more. Accordingly, my wife and I feel that the filters purchased from Homesergeant.com are a good price value. Price aside, we have attempted to order the same filters from several online merchants and we have received filters in opened and resealed filter boxes, poorly packaged and damaged filters, and a non-OEM filter on one occasion. We have additionally experienced an unexplainable three week shipping delay on one occasion. In comparison and with customer experience in mind, the filters that we have received from Homesergeant.com have been genuine, undamaged and unopened OEM Carrier filters; that were properly packaged inside an additional outer box and received in a timely manner. Based on our positive experiences thus far, I highly recommend Homesergeant.com.
