    Great product, but costs too much

    I love the Carrier system I have, but would NOT have purchased it if I knew how expensive the filters would be ($120 each retail). I buy via on-line suppliers and save $30 PER filter. Thank heaven for on-line suppliers!

    Maybe better than good

    The last filter stop working at >12 months. Fine black dust started to accumulate around ducts. I bought 2 and saved on postage and expect to order two more when in a year of two.

    We live in a new construction area and filter has decreased dust by 80% Good for allergy sufferers too! Filters came in double carton and fast delivery. A pleasure dealing with Home Sergeant!
